Three in one! - mBank for individuals combines the services you can get through daily use of the Bank's portal, the Web application of Internet banking, and the one-time code generator. With this application, from now on, you will have your own mobile virtual showcase on your mobile device through which you can easily, conveniently, and above all, in a modern way, learn more about our products and services, find the nearest units of our business network, the nearest ATMs, check your accounts, make payments, and transfers.

What is mBank?

The first true Mobile Banking like you expected and desired...

The application is free to use! - If you are an existing customer of ours, without the need to go to the Bank and sign a new agreement, log in through the Internet banking website, register your mobile device, and start using the service immediately! With the application, you can perform the following transactions: payments to other individuals or companies (PP30), payments to public institutions (PP50), payments for public services, transferring funds to/from your accounts or cards or savings books.

Our approach is open - You can use the application even if you are not a user of our Internet banking. Before deciding to register and activate it, you can use publicly available services for our products and services, geolocation services for finding the nearest unit of our business network, etc. To try out access to account status services and performing payments and transfers, use the demo user.

Convenience is not a luxury - At the moment, this application is unique in our country as it offers a specially adapted interface for tablet operation to optimize screen surface utilization and simplify navigation and access to services. It's up to you whether you will include your computer in your home or use your tablet.

For you, we merged security and simplicity - Instead of needing to enter a username and password and having to carry your security token or one-time code generator device additionally, accessing your account status as well as transactions on your accounts will be done with a PIN chosen by you.

Please follow the security recommendations and do not use the application on a security compromised mobile device where the original factory software has been replaced by third-party software.

Registration and Activation

1. Upon first login to mBank, identify yourself with your existing username and password used for Web application services of Internet banking.
2. After a successful login, your mobile device's built-in digital camera view will appear through which you need to scan the QR code.
3. Login into the web application of Internet banking and in the "My Devices" section mark your mobile device and click on the "Activate Device" button.
4. Scan the displayed QR code using your device's built-in digital camera.
5. Choose your PIN for login into mBank and confirm it.

Wherever you are, now your Internet bank will faithfully follow you in every step.
